CONNECT is a high-energy weekend packed with fun for 11-13-year-olds. Zip down the wires, race around the go-kart track, splash in the pool, or get creative in the craft room – it’s endless possibilities and fun. But more than that, we’ll explore how Jesus transforms lives today and how you’re part of that story. Whether you come with friends, your youth group, or on your own, we can’t wait to welcome you to CONNECT 2025. And as always, leaders are welcome but not required.

I am the Executive Officer of York Schools and Youth Trust and have worked in Christian schools ministry for over thirty years, in both the North West with NISCU, and the North East with YoYo. I am passionate about sharing the good news about Jesus and love using drama, storytelling and poetry in create ways to share my faith.

I am married to Claire, who is both wonderfully gifted and wonderful. We have one son, Joseph, and daughter in law Taryana, who got married in the USA in 2024.

Claire and I love walking and taking our cute and bouncy dog Monty on our treks. I am a big book reader and love sport. If there is a cricket bat to hand, please can you hand it to me.
