Thanks to the smart thinking of Danny, our Head Chef, we have just squeezed all the apples from our kitchen garden into juice. Not only do our students get an amazingly tasty drink with their breakfast for the next few months, but we have also reduced our carbon footprint and saved over £700. Thanks also to Annette and Thomas for their apple squeezing assistance.
