If you are coming as a group leader for either of these holidays, a discount of 33% is available for any leader booking in. There is an option on the booking form for you to apply for this.
There is also a 10% discount available for any household unable to meet the full cost. You can find the option on the booking form to ask for this.
One Parent Family Week & New Year Starter
There is a 10% and 25% discount available off a room with a shared corridor bathroom for any household unable to meet the full cost. You can find the option on the booking form to ask for this.
All Together Weeks, Equipped, Men’s & Women’s Weekends
There is a 10% discount available off a room with a shared corridor bathroom for any household unable to meet the full cost and there is an option on the booking form for you to ask for this
Non resident
You can book a holiday and stay off-site (with the exception of All Together Weeks) for a reduced rate. Please contact our Holiday Bookings Administrator on holidays@capernwray.org for more details.
Full time Ministry
For each holiday, one bedroom is kept available to support those in full time ministry with a week of feeding and recuperation for a nominal charge of £50 for a single adult, £75 for a couple or £100 for a family. This is given on a first come first served basis. Please contact our Holiday Bookings Administrator on holidays@capernwray.org to start the application.
Financial Assistance
We have a package of financial support available to help those that otherwise would be unable to afford a holiday. Each holiday week there will be space available with additional financial assistance (between 25% – 50% support on a case by case basis). This is given on a first come first served basis.
