We are pleased to report that there has been further developments in our Platinum Jubilee Project over the last few weeks.
New Office/Reception Area:
With the old telephone booths removed the new Office/Reception area is now starting to take shape. A dividing wall has been constructed and plastered, leaving an outer reception area and an inner office area. Construction on the inner office has started with specially designed wooden aspects and the first layer of paint having been applied.
Beehive:
Over the last few weeks a team of contractors have been working on the Beehive and Stable exterior wall. In the first phase of development on this aspect of the project they have removed the grassy banking and underpinned the wall with concrete to prevent any further movement. Now that this work has been completed we can now move onto the next phases which will be upgrade the bedroom facilities of the Beehive in Spring 2020.
