This week we said a fond farewell to our Spring School graduates. We had a brilliant time celebrating together on Monday night with a banquet, graduation service and ceilidh. Thanks to the arrival of the sunshine we were even able to enjoy hosting all of this on the croquet lawn!
It’s remarkable to think that it was only 10 short weeks ago that 127 students arrived and many met for the first time. This year we had students from 23 different countries, aged from 18-72 years. It has been such a delight to witness the transforming power of Jesus at work in their lives, as they explored God’s word and grew in friendship with Him and with each other.
We also particularly celebrated Lauren, Noomi and Hannah who have been serving at Capernwray for a year and have graduated from the Serving and Leadership Training (SaLT) Programme this month. We send them all out with warmest wishes and prayers for God’s blessing on all that comes next.
