If you’re ready to volunteer at Capernwray, use the application form below. Before you start, read the quick checklist so you know what you’ll need and what happens after you submit.
Before you apply
You’ll complete the form faster if you have these to hand:
- Your preferred dates and length of stay.
- Your contact details and emergency contact.
- Your work/volunteering background (a simple summary is fine).
- Any relevant medical or dietary needs.
- The name and contact details of your referees.
- If you’re coming from overseas, your nationality and confirmation that you’re eligible to volunteer in the UK.

What happens after you apply
- You submit the online form.
- We review your application and availability.
- If it looks like a good fit, we’ll contact you about next steps.
- If we can offer you a place, we’ll confirm dates and practical details.
If you don’t hear back within 10 working days, email us, and we’ll check that your application has been received.
