Capernwray is looking to recruit additional Trustees to the current Board of the Capernwray Missionary Fellowship of Torchbearers. (These are voluntary roles with expenses reimbursed.)

- A willingness to support Christian ministry in residential education, further education and Christian holidays.
- A commitment to safeguard the Christian distinctiveness of Capernwray which will enable us to proclaim the transforming presence of Jesus Christ through biblical teaching and practical training, equipping men and women for service in His Church worldwide.
- Skills to strengthen the Board’s capability such as relevant theological, educational, commercial, regulatory, safeguarding, financial, legal, administrative or hospitality experience.
- A commitment of at least 6-8 days per year that allow you to travel to Capernwray for the 4 days of Board meetings per annum, or attend virtually as necessary. Additional input in areas of expertise or knowledge as required.

The appointment(s) will be made following a recruitment process which will include an interview for shortlisted applicants, and an invitation to visit Capernwray and spend time with some of the team.
