Sue’s family would like us to share that Sue’s funeral and thanksgiving service will be held at Capernwray in the Conference Hall at 3.15pm on Wednesday 27 July. It will be led by Ian Ellershaw. Light refreshments will be available in the Dining Hall afterwards until approximately 7pm.
We understand that many of Sue’s family, friends and colleagues will wish to attend this event. In order to prepare well we would ask those coming to send the names and/or approximate numbers in your group to info@capernwray.org, no later than Sunday 24th July please.
For those unable to attend in person the service will be live streamed by computer and available to watch later: YouTube.
The family have asked that no flowers be sent, but those who wish to make a donation may do so via the JustGiving page that has been set up in Sue’s honour & the gifts will go to The British Heart Foundation Charity.
As this event will take place alongside a holiday week for teenagers at Capernwray, it is with regret that overnight accommodation cannot be offered at the Hall for travelling guests on this occasion.
The family would like to acknowledge the overwhelming level of support that you are providing in these days, as it means so much to them.
