All our Bible School courses have four key objectives in line with our mission statement:

To come to know the risen, indwelling Lord Jesus Christ more deeply and personally
The written Word of God, the Bible, is first and foremost the revelation of the living Word, the Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, the study of the Scriptures has served its purpose only when we come to know the risen, indwelling Lord Jesus Christ and grow in our personal relationship to Him. The end product of Bible study is not merely knowledge, but spiritual and moral renewal; that is, a maturity derived from the Word of God, produced by the Spirit of God and reflecting the Son of God.
To develop the personal disciplines of studying, understanding and communicating the message of the Bible
The backbone of the course will be the study of the Bible. In addition to this we will provide you with an overview of the content and progress of the biblical story, a systematic study of major Bible doctrines, and an understanding of how the biblical message applies to our lives today. It is our sincere hope that this will give you a new appreciation for the Scriptures and increase your desire to learn how to study, obey and effectively communicate God’s Word.
To discover and prove in everyday experience the reality of the Christian life
God never intended us to try and copy Christ’s life as our example, but rather that Christ should be our Life as He indwells us by His Spirit. Christ is no longer to be the object of our activity, but the origin of it! It is God’s design and pleasure to make a Christian the very dwelling place of the Life of His Son here on earth. The essence of Christian living is simply being available and obedient to the indwelling Life of Christ.
To be a more effective member of your local church and be equipped for full time Christian service
To be a Christian is to be an integral part of the body of Jesus Christ on earth, and as someone has said: “The local church is the hope of the world”. This is the means by which God accomplishes His work in the world today. As you allow Christ to work in and through your life, God’s purposes are accomplished. Therefore as part of the course you will be involved in practical training and various forms of outreach, evangelism and teaching. Our desire in this is to equip you for effective service in your local church and wherever the Lord may lead you in the future.
