Choosing to attend Bible School is a big step – spiritually, personally, and financially. On this page you’ll find a full breakdown of Bible School fees, what’s included, available payment options and the financial support open to you.
What’s included in your fees?
Your Bible School course fees include:
- Accommodation
- Meals
- Teaching and course materials
- Access to all campus facilities
- Student support
Which fees apply to you?
There are four ways students fund their place. All are applied through our online application process (TOAS). No separate process is needed.
- Standard Fee: For households able to pay the full amount. Simply select this option in the application form.
- Financial Assistance Sponsorship (20% off): Available to anyone unable to meet the standard cost. You can apply for this in the application form.
- UK Resident Sponsored Fee (33% off): Automatically applied for students who are both a UK citizen and resident in the UK. Simply select it on the application form.
- Financial Hardship Fund (up to 50% off): We also have a limited number of places set aside for students who could not otherwise afford to come, ordinarily from lower-income nations or missionary families. We specifically welcome applications from such candidates, who will have an opportunity to request access to this fund in the application form. Capernwray considers applications to that fund on a case-by-case basis.

How to pay
You can pay by bank transfer, Wise, or credit/debit card.
All non-GBP (British Pounds) pricing is subject to fluctuations in the exchange rate. Our bank recommends paying in GBP when possible to avoid additional processing fees and fluctuations in the exchange rate.
Please email admissions@capernwray.org after making payment to let us know which method of payment you used.
Bank Transfer
Bank transfer is our preferred method. You can transfer money to us from overseas, either directly from your bank to ours or through a third-party service such as Wise.
If paying by bank transfer, please use the student’s surname and course name as the payment reference, e.g. Smith SBS2024. Please note that bank transfers may take a few days to process. Allow 5 business days for payment to reach us.
