Whether you’re coming as a family or on your own, this is your chance to connect with others, grow in faith, and enjoy everything Capernwray has to offer. With age-specific Bible teaching each day, there’s something for everyone, plus plenty of activities on-site for all ages to enjoy. Explore the breathtaking beauty of the nearby Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, and Lancashire, or enjoy the zip wires, swimming pool, tennis courts, go-karts, and our revamped Beehive coffee shop. It’s the ultimate summer adventure where faith and fun meet.

Matt and Amy Summerfield

More about Matt

Matt and Amy are deeply passionate about inspiring others in their journey as followers of Jesus and leaders of people. Both are members of the Leadership Team of Zeo Church where Matt serves as Senior Leader. Amy is the Chief Executive of Kyria Network an organisation dedicated to championing, empowering, and releasing women into their spheres of influence. She also serves as Head of Development for Skylark International. Together, they run itinerant ministries focused on equipping leaders through training, retreats, and coaching. Matt and Amy have a long history, since their late teens, of investing in the next generation, including Matt leading the youth and children's missionary movement Urban Saints (formerly Crusaders) for 18 years and Amy co-founding Pulse Children and Youth Ministries, where she served for a decade. They enjoy good food, movies, and walks with their crazy Springer Spaniel, Zade. Matt is also a proud dad to two awesome sons, Andy and Dan.
