Practical details

  • Cost:
    • £370 for your first week
    • £385 for a second week
    • £415 for weeks 3 & 4
  • What’s included: Full teaching programme, accommodation, all meals, and access to student activities from Sunday afternoon to Friday
  • Stay length: Up to four weeks per school
  • Thinking of coming to Bible School? If you apply within 2 years, we’ll deduct the cost of your first Taster Week from your Bible School fees.

Accommodation:
Rooms are usually shared (ensuite).

Age:
We welcome anyone aged 18+, and 16–17 year olds if accompanied for the week by at least one parent (who retains full responsibility). There is a discount of 25% for the first accompanying parent.

Visas:
Guests from some countries may need a UK Visitor Visa. Check here before booking.

Andy is Care Pastor at Deeside Christian Fellowship Church. His training for Christian ministry has included two years at All Nations Christian College, the Cornhill Training Course, a masters in Biblical studies from Trinity Seminary in Indiana and more recently a two year course in Biblical Counselling.

Tim Proudlove

More about Tim

Tim works in pastoral care, teaching, and various other aspects of life at Capernwray. He’s spent much of his life in Scotland, but studied and worked in Canada for several years, and is married to Claudia, who is from Austria. Tim was originally a veterinary surgeon, but then changed vocation to work in church ministry, and most recently served for a decade as the lead pastor in a baptist church, before moving to Capernwray. Tim has degrees in veterinary science, and theology and biblical languages, and is currently working towards a PhD in philosophy. He loves football, reading, history, and spending time with his kids.
